Out of the 3, I like the first one.

The flashing is quite a bit distracting when you're trying to read posts -- that's why I suggested you change it in your other thread

i will use the first i think...yes they ARE distracting.. argh my eyes... :'(

I find all three distracting -- no offense. I would personally like the first one with just the text and no animation.
