On Wednesday morning, March 25, 2009, we will be launching a "submit your video" contest. The prize for the winner is a free flight to Nashville, two nights hotel and a VIP pass to the conference (see http://www.rootshq2009.com).
The image for the contest needs to be 504 wide by 250 high, and it needs to say "Submit your videos about why the Tea Party Movement is important and WIN a FREE trip to Nashville this September for the RootsHQ 2009 Conference".
The flavor of the image needs to be A) Nashville, TN, and B) Video contest.
This is a quick turnaround contest... less than 30 hours. I reserve the right to extend the deadline for the contest as well.

Hi. Thanks for the contest. Here is my first try...
This is a pretty good start. I like the pictures being blended, and everything that needs to be said is said. I would, however, like to see a tad more "excitement" in some font somewhere. Not sure how that can happy, but hopefully it can.
Great first try. Perhaps experiment with some different colors as well?
