its easy to do that if he's done it the same way i would its in photoshop and useing the free transfrom tool he's just skewed it

i'll change the boxes now

By the way the header was ment to go right accross the page from one side to the other and thats why the boxes aren't as wide as it but i'll change it for you any way

Yes, it is just a transformation. It is so people just viewing the forum cannot steal my design and then either use it or sell it as their own. Stetching it just a little it degrades the quality to a point where it is just much to work for anyone to fix it if they decide to steal it.

I'm making a cool logo now, I think you'll really like it.

Well as i see none of you two people posting anything you are capable of, you should probably watch yourself. And if you are a good experienced web designer a template could take only 15 mins to turn out good. Both templates submitted were good. I guess experienced people get made fun of.

Made a few changes, still need to do a banner and things like that. I made colorized the default template to give it a feel of what each main page would look like, according to the color below the links.

blue
Red
green
yellow
purple

I was thinking about a cellphone as part of the banner, with pictures of backgrounds and screensavers around it.

Well I would say jake does a really good job and another thing is it doesn't matter how much time it takes to design something... It is the quality you get... Well if you guys think you can make something better then SHOW IT OFF.... just stop speaking trash and also spamming the site... and I think insulting someone on which you don't have is the worst of your part... so as Jake said SHUT UP...

The original poster liked the design so you have no right in the world to interrupt his thread... sorry for changing the topic... and I think I like all the colors given above....

I suggest that everyone cool down and stop with the flames and personal attacks. That will not be tolerated.

A good practice is to use the report a post function of the forum when someone flames or makes a personal attack. That way a forum leader can take care of the problem (as in the deleting that was done in this thread). It is not a good practice to go to the flamer's level and flame back!

Please refrain from the flaming and personal attacks.

Hope not, I doubt he could just take our designs and run. Mine wasn't finished and yours wasn't sliced for html(if he wanted that).

Well put, dont ever start a project unless you KNOW your going to get payed, and they sign a contract. Doing some kind of contest is like, begging to get payed. Come on, dont fall for cheap tricks like that. And do you know how much he could use you before, he likes it,you could make a template,interfece to a cms,make a flash topper,set up forums,la la la before he says he likes it.
