If you're talking about the W running into the M, that's hardly an original concept; I've seen it in several logos and ads. The PRESENTATION of it in both instances I've seen it here are distinct, one from the other.

As CreativeNovations stated, similarity is possible, especially if there are elements the CH says s/he wants and all participants incorporate them to some degree. Long-time participants here know that we are VERY watchful for actual cases of infringement, ie presenting someone else's work as your own, and treat it very seriously.
That said, this looks like a good contest with a lot of solid entries. Good luck to all participants!

Really like the "CONSULTING", must be the typeface and spacing. Looks good but the S in SWM needs to be wider, the logo is off balance I think. The connection between S and W is also a bit awkward.
