hmm... its going to take all of one person or a group of people with the same idea to create it as far as that goes, so your going to need to get someone who can do everything for the cheapest price. what do you guys think a fair price for that amount of work would be? it also depends on whether or not the headers flash, or just how long the v-bulletin going to take.
what exactly do you want with the banners?
