the font "a" look like a c & an i put close together,
The colors are different shades.
There is no black in it.
It is not very clear/sleek.
The white/grey gradient does not do it any justice.
I suggest the logo be on a white, red or black solid color, a clearer font is used & a more innovative concept be used for the logo.

first logo is not bad, but remove the earthing symbol, darken the red & make it more sleek.

Good effort here, although the A&L need to stand out more & the symbol has to make sense if it will be used to represent a company.

General Feedback:
The logo's dont seem to represent electricity, although they dont have to. But if you use some sort of symbol, please make it relevant.
We need something sleek, respectable & simple.
