Hi All,
Spoke to client over the weekend,
They would like the logo to read "A&L Electrical"
Some Feedback:

Good imaginitviity but again, still not good enough to represent the company.

Maybe use a bit more color (both red & black).
Also, can you try have the shapes look more like an A & L ?
Maybe try some variations of soft & Sharpe edges?

We had similar entries like this, one which i posted myself, again its just too ordinary & color still seems a bit dull.

It looks too childish, & the crispy edges are not appealing at all,
I would also prefer a deeper shade of red.

Good effort, I would remove the symbol inside the "A".
A deeper red might be nice and a sharper look would look a lot more professional perhaps? Maybe try some variations of this idea to develop it more?
