Graphic Design Contests

I am here to re-brand my company look
I already have a temporary website (freewebs)
but have been advised by many people, a better design will gain more clients.

I do not know much about web / how to maintain a website therefore, if you could intergrate a "Content Management System" so I can easily edit pages, if you cannot it is okay, I am sure my nephew will be more than willing to update content for me.

This is a contest for Logo + template

I want the logo to convey that we are for girls of all age groups (meaning, not too childish and not too formal.)

the template, I will have a lot of links so would like if I could get my main links across the top of the website, then other links (within that category) down the left of the template, even better would be if I could get a template that when you roll over the main links the other links slide down (drop down menu?)

other than that, let your imagination flow (if you have an idea you think will work better, go for it!)
Note: Code will also be required
price may be negotiable depending on results.

is this an all design only.
as most designers don't code.... is that okay?

I need it coded unfortunately.
I couldn't find an area for a webdesigner contest
a graphic prototype would be okay to submit, but ultimately, I would require a fully coded working version ready to be put on the web.

if this is the wrong place to ask to get a coded design, A moderator can delete my post or move it to where it is appropriate.

Hi Trish, i see.... but there's an option.
You can have your logo and webdesign here... and you can find a coder at "Marketplace" that you may ask to contract him after your contest. Just a suggestion

My suggestion would be to learn more about what it takes to do what you need done. This will give you a much better idea of what the work you need done will require and potentially cost, which will keep you from being taken advantage of by an immoral coder or designer.

As for what you could do, you don't really have to have it done all in one go with one person. Not that many people can really competently design and code things such as integration to a CMS like Magento or other cart and/or CMS. You can get the logo designed, a good price that would yield pretty decent submissions is $50-$75, and then get the design and coding done either by the same or different people. (As for cost, this is where that research you should do would come in handy.)

I am no designer just having a little fun with Photoshop. Here is what I came up with no input just Free styling ideas. Here are the typefaces.

And here is the layout I came up with using Typogridphy.

Really low quality but they look way better than what you see this is just for a reference.
