Graphic Design Contests

Hello everyone, I'm new to these forums but my reasons are just.
I've been doing web design for a while, using PhotoShop and programs of the like for my images.
But recently I've been having kind of a designer's block and can't come up with anything.
I'm sorry I can't offer anything more than a spot in my links page and a space on the front page of the site, which is why I'll understand if no one takes me up on the offer.
But just in case:
I would like the following image used: Dimmu Borgir Wallpaper
Full Layout, using I-Frames or pop-up links, either is fine.
I can recode the rest of the site to fit the color scheme.
It needs to fit an 800x600 resolution, but still look good in a 1024x768 res.
and I would like it to look SIMILAR to the following site's style:

Well, it took me about 30 minutes but I came up with a design, thanks to anyone who was even considering helping, and also thanks for the compliments on my old layout.

I agree layout 2. But, you could make it better by adding more colour-depth to it.
