We're looking for a very high level graphics designer to create a set of icons for one of our software products. To give a brief description, we sell affiliate tracking software which comes with an administrative center that uses a graphical menu system.
We need 20 icons total, each 32x32 pixels in size. All the icons will need to be uniform in design (size, color, etc.). They will all be different but should all look like they come from the same "family" of icons.
We aren't looking for simple stuff here. No basic boxes with basic designs. We want very high quality graphics (3D, shading, etc.). These should look extremely professional. Using a light colored family of blue colors on all the icons would look nice.

You'll see 15 icons of various colors. We have a new release coming out soon and the new release has another line of options for a total of 20 icons. We want all these icons replaced with the new set of icons you create for us.

The price is negotiable. We've worked with some folks here in the past and I can tell you we are very willing to pay for quality work. We've also come across some designers who didn't come close to providing what we were looking for so on this project, we're going to need ONE sample from you before we pay for any work. Assuming we agree, we'll pay 50% up front and 50% upon completion through PayPal only.
Must be honest, reliable and professional.
