Fireworks?

PM me the width and height and colours you want using plus some info you want in it and I'll knock you one up. How many others do you need for your other plans?

Just a few simple layers in photoshop, with some shading and borders.

Yep, most of that is just using several shape layers on top of one another. The shading can be done in the layer blending options as can the stroke, to access these options right click on the shape layer and select "blending options"

Do you have any graphic design programs (Photshop, Paintshop Pro, Fireworks MX 2004)?

I strongly reccomend Photoshop....i use it alot.. i have all three but i never use PSP, i use fireworks to optimize my images for the web though..PS to create them

Not very great, and not hard to do either.
Its simply ineer shadow or drop shadow i think applied to same shapes.

If you use PS i can maybe help you
