Be more specific and you should get better results (and I don't mean colour schemes).
What does AC stand for? What is your team like, what standards do you hold highest? Are you a relaxed development team or are you quite conservative in approach? etc.
I'm not a logo designer but I know that a large part of quality design is knowing who you're designing for so you can create something that suits them, rather than just getting something that looks like it came out of a generator.
Of course, professional logo designers don't tend to frequent forum design competitions (unless the prizes are high, I'd imagine), so I guess my point could be considered quite moot.
Anyway, I don't even know why I'm rambling in here when I have no intention of entering. I guess I'm just trying to be helpful
