I need a nice looking contact form for my website can anyone help me to get the html code that i need. I want it so they can type there message then press send and it will get emailed to me. Hope someone can help.

If you would like I could create a custom form, built into your current design with a custom PHP script to either send the form via email or to a db for later retrieval, or even both.

I am starting a small php contracting firm and am in need of some stuff to put into my portfolio so I am willing to work for you very cheap. PM me if your interested.

Well i put it on my site changed the html to my email address then i tested it and i didnt get the email so no it didnt work so ive sent them an email to see if i have done something wrong but im sure i didnt. :-(

it's really simple ,you just COPY the html code generated and PASTE it in your FORM page.Ofcourse make sure that the following tag is as shown as below :

<form action="http://form.dk3.com/" method=POST>

i still use dk3's form mailer !

with form mailers, some hosts do not allow emails to specific addresses, for instance, I had a host that would not let the form send to hotmail adresses. Just a heads up
