Graphic Design Contests

This contest is for 2 tshirt designs (one for men one for ladies) for my clothing company Mellow . Co (i wrote with extra spaces so search engines dont find this thread)

And if you are wondering yes that is also the web address for the company (website is under construction)

I am looking for some great designers with creativity and artistic talent to show me what they got.

For this design:

Was thinking the words "Happy and Mellow" on the shirt

-depending on how it looks, possibly a "lazy" lizard with sunglasses in there

The Men's design will be a little more masculine and womens a little more feminine

To sum up the style I am looking for:
-the simplicity yet impactful design of the Life is Good brand (see lifeisgood.com)
-Caribbean flavor reflecting relaxed island lifestyle
-a hint of the Quicksilver brand style (see quicksilver.com)
-creativity, uniquness, and coolness in the design (but not "too busy")
My clothing line is all about relaxing in style.

Will need the following files:
.AI, .EPS, .JPEG, .PNG(Transparent- small), .PNG ( Transparent-big)

The selected design must not be used in any portfolio and I will own full copyright use of intellectual property. Please also find a place in there to put the copyright symbol and my company name as I will probably getting copyright on this design.

Could you please state in clearer terms what the prize is? The design you seek will take much work and we'd like to know what we're working for.

and what's with "The selected design must not be used in any portfolio"? arse to that.

You'd want to pay at-least 50 dollars each for the 2 designs that your asking for.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Will take into consideration about raising the price in later contest. Not looking to take advantage of anyone for their work, just on tight budget as a startup.

I got someone working on a different design for my company right now. My goal is to make between 3-5 starting designs in next 2 months. Will be posting future contests back in here when I am ready to raise the contest prize.

Just out of curiosity, does anybody in here have actual tshirt design experience/ experience in the apparel industry (for example has attended any apparel shows like the Magic fashion conference in Las Vegas, or worked for a big apparel corporation)? Any info is much appreciated.
