Graphic Design Contests

I have been approached by a customer to design a system where the user starts with a county-by-county coloured UK map, then clicks on a county and gets a list of services in that county.

I have no idea how to source the map - I've seen it done many times, but can't find anywhere to buy/draw a map for me. (I can cope with the point-and-click coding, it's just the map that defeats me!)

Can anyone help?

I think you mean creating image maps
It can easily be done in Dreamweaver
If you can make flash, i think that would be the best.
