Hi guys and gals...

I've been looking through this forum and seen some of the logos/images you guys have made... you guys rock!

Anyways, I just finished making the content and coding my site, SpywareAid (formally AntiSpyware Net).

I can code PHP/HTML well, but let's say, I'm uhhhh, image making challenged

I would like to hold a contest on who can make the best layout and logo.. The winner can choose between one of these prizes:

(1) $15 via PayPal
(2) A custom PHP script (not too outrageously time consuming)
(3) Help with spyware or analyzing HJT logs - I am a security expert on several forums

Here's what I want...

Color scheme: No specific colors, but I want them to be light (no black backgrounds).
Type of Design: Whole layout if you can...
Other stuff: Basically, I want the site to look nice, load at least semi quickly, and look a bit professional yet still retain a friendly atmosphere. I think a good idea for the logo would be some kind of mix between something having to do with medical (Aid) and maybe a detective or something (spyware).

Thanks a million for any help

Edit: No real deadline... take your time... but I'd like to get the site up ASAP

Prize compared to Prize.

Work needed compared to work needed.

Hi Jake...

I'm sorry, but that is all the money I can afford to give right now. Does it help if the site is a non profit antispyware site aimed to help members with their computer malware problems for free?

If you'd like, I'll link your design company.

Great work LGR... I like it a lot, I think it is just what I want. Just two small things:

1) The SpywareAid text is a bit hard to read.

2) Could you draw a line on the bottom of the image or have some sort of thing to seperate the banner from the rest of the page?

Layout Sample

I have changed the 'SpywareAid,' font to something more legible and have added a line at the bottom of the page to close in the space (there is a cell underneath that line, to add copywright details etc.).

There is already a horizontal line separating the banner from the main content and navigation areas.

Regards.

LGR... Font looks much better, thanks for that

I opened the page in Internet Explorer and immediatley saw the lines, they look great. However in my default browser, Firefox, you cannot see the lines. Have any ideas on how to fix this?

Please PM me your PayPal details
