Thank you Padawan for the kind words about this banner design. I would like to say that should you choose my design, one slight revision would be considered as part of the project.
LOL....I would agree that there is a great deal of verbage in my post. I have been a working graphic designer for 23 years and have submitted thousands of mock-ups over the years, so have some experience in this area. In my work-a-day life, the firm for which I work, always supplies the client with an agreement before the project is accepted. It is good business practice and protects both of us. You from any legal backlash about using other's clipart, or the fact that someone else still holds the rights to a design on your site.
Although this was a design for myself on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I feel that it was still necessary to include. I hope that my professionalism remains, whether it is a $15 or $500 design.
Your site sounds very interesting, will visit it when it is done.
