New Logo Banner for Kaziaz.com (Version 2)

Hi. I would really like for some of you to try to make a cool banner logo for the new version of my site www.kaziaz.com/v2/
Color scheme: Similar to site.
Type of design (i.e., banner, logo, layout): Well, I guess it's a banner, but I would be using it as the logo in the header of the site...
Desired size (i.e., height, width, file size): Small file size, Should be wide but not very high.
Prize (if any): A link to your site from mine is the best I can offer
Just put www.kaziaz.com on it and then use your imagination.
Thanks,
CBG

Hey. Thanks for the compliment.
1. This is not a review forum. I did not ask for a review.
2. It's not finished, what you see there is just the structure and color theme.
3. Why is it so 'poor' in your opinion?
4. Please be constructive with your 'criticism'.
5. I do not think I need your help. I consider myself to be very good at HTML and CSS.
6. Are you interested in the "contest"? If not, please don't waste everyone's time.

wow
i'm sorry i didn't mean to "disturbe"
i was actually just trying to help.
what i meant with "poor" was that it could be more "eye catching" a simple color exchange could work it out.
but i won't try on changing your opinion.
i will give it a go.

I'm Sorry too, It just sounded like you were just 'dissing' my site...
What colours would you suggest I use?
BTW: I require the logo/banner in the format of Photoshop or a free image program that will work on Mac OS X...
Sorry if this is a problem to anyone who has started...

Hopefully, in the future, the site will have A Flahsh Arcade (like miniclip.com) an area (like Newgrounds.com) where users submit their own FLash Games and Movies, Possible a Script area (like hotscripts.com), maybe a Free Jounal/Blog area...
I have really big plans for the site, all I need is a whole load of time, which I will have after my exams.

Are you talking about being able to edit the file after....like move the layers....because to the best of my knowledge you can not do this with a png.....
png, gif, jpeg and the like, again to the best of my knowledge, compatiable for viewing in every web browser. Using the different types only applys to which format works best for optimization (ie file size and quality)....
here is a link that quickly describes web graphics formats of jpeg, gif, and png
So basically I think you are looking for the psd file or a similar file in a format that would work with other photo editing applications (if there is even a file format for this)
If I have some time I might whip something up

Basically, I want to be able to edit the file in Photoshop (or maybe Fireworks which I should have working soon, hopefully).
So I can move stguff around, change colours, etc...
I'm not just gonna take one and edit it, then say that I made it myself and not give you the link...
I just want to be able to change stuff if I want different versions of the banner or if the color scheme of the site ever changes...
If I can edit JPG's PNG's and Gif's in Photoshop (or Fireworks) then thats fine...
Thanks.

I have attached a banner graphic, that would need to have a White background. It is a .jpg, since I do not use Photoshop- and can't make a photoshop file for you. Best of luck with your new site!

The PSD equivalent for Fireworks is PNG but there is also the png that is used like gif's or jpegs...so basically there are two kinds of PNG's:
1)Fireworks PNG which can be edited like a PSD file but only in Fireworks
2)PNG used in pages similar to GIF's and JPEG's
After reading what I just wrote I doubt many people will get what I'm saying.
