Firstly to clarify, the competition will finish Saturday Evening (in British time.) I will then announce on the thread who has won and contact them as well.

Secondly I would like a thin looking banner and I thought Jake made a fair point (although some may not have liked the way he made it.)

Thirdly, the only advice/feedback I can give you all is to think boring. Most Investment news sites have a professional non flashy look about them and that is what I want to acheive. I like some of the banners with some kind of logo to the left of them.

And lastly, thanks for all your work so far

sorry, I am not trying to hijack this thread, but shervin, I am interested to know where you got that globe from in your banner. Did you design it? I like it alot.

Sorry for me being late, (I said I would announce the winner yesterday) but I have now chosen a winner!

I tried all of the banners submitted on my website to see which one I thought looked the most professional and which went with the site best and is was a very difficult but pleasant decision.

The winner is.............................Vicki.

Really like the design and went well with my site.
