Future Contests/Paid Sticky. Admins sticky this!

1) If you are looking to hire or start contests on this message board you must place a deadline.

2) I think it would be of great importance that if a contest is run, money must be given to the admin of this site to hold onto. This way anyone who comes here brand new requesting work to be done or a contest must pay to be validated as a payer.

That's a good idea. Maybe you should set up a paypal account (or use an existing one) and post the address of it on this thread so contest holders will know where to send their contest money to.

But then the money gets charged twice. Once to the admins paypal account and one to the winners paypal account. That seems like a lot of work to me. I think you should just be very choosy in who you deal with. Dont sign up for a contest with a newbie who may not pay.
