Hello guys, I am the Vice Chair of the local democratic party and have pledged to create a website for our party. However, first I need a good banner. Here is what I am looking for. Last year, I had a website for our local State Rep. candidate and this was his banner:

The banner that I want to have made need to be that exact size and shape if possible. Also, the color needs to be very close to that blue.
The text on the banner needs to read: Lawrence County Democratic Party
The font needs to be clear and legible like on any campaign/politcal site.
I also want photos to be cutout and put on there with a faded effect like on the sample banner above. First off, do you see where the american flag is on the sample banner? I want that same effect in the place, but with this flag: http://algore2008.net/tennessee1.jpg
Next, I need the photos of our two most famous politicans cutout and put on the banner. You can arrange them to make them fit and look good. Vice President Gore and the Govenor needs to be about the same size, preferably with face and part of body showing.
Finally, the donkey just needs to be cutout and put somewhere on the banner.
