I need a header and I need it FAST! Im looking for something similar to the header at the top of the page here:

There is no contest end date, when I see something that seems to fit the scheme I'll call it the winner.

Oh! I almost forgot, width should be 800 and height is open for suggestion but I do not want it too tall if at all possible.
