I am doing some work for my university club
I am helping them put together a site to advertise club nights, bands, acts, etc etc
I have designed a main layout but am stuck on the header graphic.
The boss would like a moving flash sort of animation that has studio, light rigging, spotlights kind of thing over a dancefloor of people but with some movement. eg the spotlights might move & occasionaly a body jump or arm wave etc.
Anyway this is not my forte - graphics & flash. I am a background coder not graphics designer really. I have had a go but am struggling to even find pics of spotlights & club crowds that work. Help much appreciated.

Desired size 720 x 130 (ish) You can see size of graphic I have thrown in for moment to fill space.
Prize - What can I say its a university site so money is tight & I am doing work en gratis - I expect we can pay tribute to design & graphic help on our site though & who knows possibly pay a small amount if necessary to get what we want.
