I would like to have a Vbulletin/VB portal template designed for a DJ portal and was wondering if you could work with me on this project,

Budget will probably be around 200-400 dollars even more if template exceeds expectations.

Alright, I am not sure how to code a VBulletin forum, so I guess I will have to pass on this one. If you do not find someone to do it, since your budget is between $200 and $400, perhaps you could pay someone, like myself, half of this to design it for you, then pay someone else the other half to actually implement it into your site. Just a suggestion though

I have worked with Invision Power Board before, I'm sure I could try with Vbulletin.
