Thanks for the changes, Blake. Real nice and doesn't seem to add too much to the load time (still loads fastest in Netscape). I hesitate to mention more changes for fear any of you will say, "screw you, buddy, that's all yer gettin' for a hunert bucks", but I live on the edge.

So, here's a few more suggestions/comments/requests (OK, so I'm beggin'):
I don't care for the timer. When a visitor hovers over the main menu items, they glow (I like the subtlety that zman mentioned, but perhaps just a little brighter would be nice) and when they click on an item with sub-menus they slide out. That is a very cool effect, but I don't think they should slide back in if the visitor doesn't click or move over something else. Maybe they are just reading something or looking around before clicking and then, oops, they gotta go back and click on it again.
Then the sub-sub-menus. First, I am worried that when I add more categories I will have to learn or hire someone who can edit Flash to add a single or couple more menu items. I think hovering over an item in the sub-menu should drop a standard roll-over menu down. This will also allow someone to click the sub-menu and get an introduction page for that category with links to the other pages in that category there, or they can move down to the drop-down sub-sub-menu to click on the individual pages there. Standard roll-over menus in HTML or PHP I know how to code. I hope that's not too confusing.
The banner group of images: Thanks for changing it to lime green again. I could see something was different, but couldn't quite figger it out until I compared it to the very first submission here,
http://www.skywide.net/inwork/layout01.jpg. You have added about 18 pixels to the height of the banner. I like how the smaller one looks better (or maybe somewhere in between), which would have less dead space between the bottom of the page title text and the the top of the navbar. I think the progressive layers of panels with the 45° angles look real good, but they might have a more 3 dimensional appearance if the layers were slightly more pronounced like with a 1px stroke at the bottom of each edge. The top panel could be the lime green color with the red text for the page title.
Your version of the avatar. I think I like yours even better than my original -- I actually have that depression in my own nose. But, (I know, I am
sooo anal sometimes), can you add one more line under the chin, half the length of the one already there and justified left?
After saying all of that, let me add that I appreciate the fact that you are the real artist here, not me. My thoughts and ideas are just that. If something I asked for makes it look uglier or unbalanced, you'll have to speak up. Of course you will.
Thanks again, very nice work.
