Please don't tell someone information that you do not know to be 100% correct.

It is more than possible to make that image 400% larger. It would take work, work that probably would not be done for free (myself included), but it can be done.

I can re-draw it as a vector, which would result in it looking exactly the same (but able to be scaled to any size without loss of quality.) I would charge 20$ for this (paypal or money order.)

I resized it. However, there is a tiny bit of pixelation which I am getting rid of now.
