In future it might be nice if you followed sitepoint rules, we were all disqualified because you chose to post your contest in two places - the moderator at sitepoint said this...

From the way this contest wasn run over at SitePoint, the winner was only ever going to picked from there. I'd suggest being wary of entering anything for this guy again.
You guys weren't disqualified. The best 3 were from sitepoint, so when Lisa* closed the contest I wanted it reopened because the winner was going to be from there.

And besides, how are we supposed to know that you're being straight with us now? and what if the 3 best were spread between this forum and sitepoint?
I still think it was unscrupulous behavior - you didn't even have the balls to say that the contest was closed because you'd chosen a winner elsewhere.

And by the way, I didn't think any of mine were even in the top 10 let alone top 3, I'm angry on principal here as the others should be as well.

Yes, if I decide to purchase more graphics for watermarks, then they would be considered. Anyways, I am sorry you are disappointed. The terms clearly stated I am not obligated to pick a winner. Next time the contest will not be ran here and on sitepoint, since I now know they do not allow that.
Yes lisa if you check back a couple of threads on webmaster talk contest section you will find he made the same thing and did not even reply, that is why i did not enter this contest.
I noticed that a couple of days back but I believe he held another contest here a while back and chose a winner from here... but I may be wrong about that as well. Good call on your part not to waste your time!
