Graphic Design Contests

I need a couple of graphics modified slightly, and I can't figure out how to do it.

There is the one image at http://www.northernprotocol.com/articles/index.htm and another at http://www.northernprotocol.com/index.htm (the one of the woman). I want them done similar to the one at http://www.northernprotocol.com/corporate.htm, which someone else did for me.

Either a tutorial for Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw 12 or Paint Shop Pro would be appreciated or just post the finished product here.

For the one on the main index, I just want the bottom left corner rounded and the left and bottom sides to fade into white.

Any help would be appreciated.

For photoshop, load the image, select most of it (leave around 20px unselected on each side), go to select/smooth, enter a value (5-10 would probably work). Then go to select/feather, enter a value (I think 10 would be good). And select/inverse, and delete. That should create the effect on corporate.html

Not sure what you want for the one on the main index...
