Hi all,

I’m looking for strap lines for a new dating site “Redgoldfish Dating” that im currently working on.

This follows the graphics contest im also running (see the logo/ identity for dating site thread). So it may be that you are entering both, but this thread is to capture dating site strap lines only.

The best line or lines used on the site will get $20 by pay pal prize money. The winner or winners if we like more than one will be announced on 7th Jan or before if we get something in that blows us away.

To start it off im giving examples of ones other dating sites use:-

Your next date is just a click away..

Where couples click online…

This kind of thing works well but you may wish to work on an alternative that connects with the fish theme that we operate.

Obviously very early days on this so far but Miss lee i have to say i like that strapline -, its very good, very quick! currently in the leed.

Hope you are going to have a go at the graphics thread for this also, having seen some of the other work you have put in on the other threads im sure you could come up with something.

Come on guys, keep trying - this closes after new year, give it a go...

We need two strap lines so two prizes are up.

Ickie wins one prize with the strap line "Plenty of fish in our sea" - we love it and it works great, very simple and effective.

We need another one for the top of our results pages any ideas appreciated.

I have a few:

• If you're the fish, we are the market.
• Redgoldfish Dating + You = Happiness/Love
• Bringing happiness/love to people/fish across the globe.
• Love is the peak of the Happiness scale.

OK come on all lets get this one moving and closed off - we need two strap lines but only have one so far...

ANY thoughts on this appreciated but we still havent got the perfect strapline.

Just to remind everyone. The major competitor in this sector uses:-
1. "Your next date is just a click away.."
2. "Where couples click online…"

Our site Redgoldfish Dating so far we have the first strap line agreed:-
1. "Plenty of fish in our sea"
2. ????

The best alternative strap for the 2nd one so far is "Because there are plenty more fish in the sea" but i feel this is to close to the first one and want something entirely different if possible.

Any thoughts here appreciated - come on have a go at it - $20 waiting for the right additional strap line - one of you will win it.

what about something with the word 'net' in?

i.e. 'internet' but also 'fishing net'

Some great ideas, not got it yet, miss lees "Find the catch of your life" is probably in the leed but im sure something will beat it.

Thinking "Trawl for the date of your dreams"?? - Dont know??

Fish / date words:-

Trawl, Net, catch, Reel, hooked, Caught, fishing, fish

Anymore ideas?
