I have a great idea for my website, which is going to "be the next big thing".

Basically I need a template (PHP) with a banner at the top and a space in the

middle for content.

Can anyone design one for me and quote a price?

PHP Coding needed. Basically subject is something to do with marketing. You seen the pixel websites? Well same navigation as http://www.milliondollarboard.com, esp the top bit, and I want the middle bit to be blank i,.e want to add something there, such as content, free information, text
