I am looking for a professional designer to make some templates for my site. I have about $1000 to spend.

I made a tutorial, and complete instruction here:

One page websites. Fairly easy.

Hey,
Just some extra information people might like to know:
Do you have any preference on code? Should it be clean CSS? Do you mind if we use tables? Would you prefer that?
Can they be any theme? Do you have any specific ideas you want?
