Erm I Designed It Yes, As For The Pacman Images, I Didn't Personally Draw Them, They Are Images From The Video Game, As For The Right To Use Them....I Don't Think Thats An Issue....

That is a copyright issue... Well, you can use their image as inspiration/idea/concept or whatever, but you cannot directly use the excat same image, that is copying/pirate.

The file is in PSD. Drew by Pen Tool (Vector format).

I Don't make a habbit of using Downloaded Images, I Usully Draw Them Myself, Or Copy Images I Like, but on this occasion i thought a proper genuine arcade images would look better, i doubt nintendo who made this pic would be too bothered about anyone using it, but.....point taken buddy...
