Why is paying $300 a "dodgey" way to get a site design?
All I see from you is stuff like "this is dodgey" and so on.

This forum is for contest and anyone interested can submit a bid.

From what I have seen, $300 is better than most of test contest and I've never seen anyone offer $25.00 for entry.
