I'm here because I'm frustrated with a layout I've been working on for a female basketball star's fan site, and I'm at the point where I'm willing to pay someone to help me.

This is my first venture into using php and a lite CMS (Cutenews), so I went for a "module"-oriented design because the site will have to be updated frequently, but it's just not working. What I've got now looks fine in IE and horrible in Firefox (or so I've heard - problems with overlapping divs, etc.).
The whole thing was designed around the Flash file, which loads navigation into the left side of the page. I rather like that Flash snippet, and the color scheme, and would like to keep it. Other than that, it's open to interpretation.
If anyone has some extra time and has any ideas on how to fix the coding, or the layout in general, please LET ME KNOW!! I'm open to hearing everyone's advice and prices, etc. Thank you!!
