I just got my all new vbulleting. I got it up and running but I just don't know my way around. I want to do several things

1.I have affiliate ads that I want to put in my forum and also adjut the layout to look like iloung.com or similar.

If you can help me set this up I wouldbe glad. I am will to start the payment of $20 . I am willing to talk about a better price if you can help me out.
