Hello,

I have a old logo that is only in JPG format but i need a high res version in 300dpi or more as it has to go to print for a billboard and for the side of vans.

can somone help me redo it? i have tried but i think its done in a 3d package.

really appreciate your help.

i will upload a better logo later. as you can see this is the watermark version

This is the problem with low resolution raster logos.
You should have the vector format of it provided, and the 3D version should be just an addition, not the only one.
It has to be re-rendered in 3D program in much higher resolution now, or you have to accept simplifying it and have it converted into the vector format.

It was done by some guy who has since left, (he knew nothing about vector/raster as he wasnt a graphic artist or anything) so only saved the jpg 800x600

i need the logo to be 3D which i know can be achieved in PS, the only issue i have found is replecting the rendered chrome effect. it just doesnt look as 'real' maybe my skills.

I have tried doing others, see attached. (IMO this one looks dated and 80's) but the boss wants it redoing to be as close as possible. i have limited PS skills and cant really do anything as advance (hay i cant even do my own logo - im a web guy)

Maybe if it could be done as near as possible i would be happy.

yep sure do. but it has to say the comp name or no one knows what it is. as its a business
