this seems like a dodgey attempt at getting a cheap image out of someone.

ok the first try, i kept the same banner. But just spreaded everything as you said.
The second is a variation on the banner.

any suggestions?

Again....

If you know how to code it, you'd be able to make the header expand horizontaly depending on the size of the window.

And, when will the winner be anounced...?

Rakien, is it me or is the bg without the lines a lot more pixelated?

Halbarad, you've nailed the layout... my suggestion is a sense of depth in the header... the 3d or multi-level depth is what makes Rakien's header really pop.

I think the monitor you're using doesn't have enough colors to display the gradient properly so it seems pixelated. I can change that though.

Though it appears too thin and elongated, it spreads out consistently when set as background in the CSS file.

Ok, So Rakien's header from post #44 is my favorite header, but the background is too pixelated. So, Rakien I've decided to name you the winner with the hope you will change the background as you said you could.

Thanks everybody, this was a great process for getting this project done, and I would've been happy if I had used either Resonant, or Halbarad's work as well.

Thanks again. Rakien, please send me via pm the header from #44 by itself... and give me a head's up on your thoughts for the bg... do you have payPal?

Oh, and yes I do have Paypal but I cannot send you the header yet because I need to know what background you want otherwise the two wont go well together.
