It still looks to "old-fashioned".
I think it should have some 3-D effects in it to.
And buttons who look like buttons, and not the "flat" pictures i made.
The buttons should have mouse-over and onClick images too.
I think the positioning of the adds and editor are "ok" as the way i have them now.
You can also play around with the logo, i had no ideas at that time either to create a nice logo.
And indeed i just need lay-out, and buttons and mouse-over etc.. (you can also play around with the Font). The technical parts with links etc i will do myself.

Unless you really have another cool idea off-course which i did not think of yet.
