So you want people to do the work for a 1 in 10 (or more) chance of get paid all of $25. Pick on of these guys and give them the work.

No, I want someone to design me a logo for $25. I may go up to $40. I haven't seen many examples of their work as of yet, when I see some good stuff, I shall choose who I want to go with. Simple.
