You can use that same background image in your logo and there should not be a problem.

Now as soon as I came to this forum, and I saw your PMs, I answered you all. I even sent you your payment rakien and apologized for taking so long.
So, what??? Just because I did not come to this forum does not mean that you were not going to get paid.
