I just started a political site and would like to have a logo with the background showing something political. The background should be nice and maybe even a watermark or light. Something light the webmaster-talk style would be cool, but a bit more detailed and politics oriented.

The site is Titled "Political Informer"

Not bad, but too simple for my taste.

I really like the color and text, but would like something different for the characters. I am looking for something that represents politics in general.

Hi. I had a new idea so I scrapped the first one and came up with this. I made it so you could drop it in right into the forum template and match the background in the header. If you don't like it, I'll work on the first one.

I setup one for you, but this site won't let me upload a big enough pic. I've shunk the image down to 44.5KB (1" x 4.25" @ 56dpi) so you probably won't have a good view. Though I have it a perfect high quality .pdf if you like it. The top graphic is a flag and the bottom is the Declaration of Independence. What's more political then the Declaration?
