Here is some feedback.

Overall, I am looking for modern martial arts. If you watch Pride, K1 or the Ultimate Fighting Championship you know what I mean. So, the logo should be modern martial arts, not traditional Karate, Ninja, etc.

I don't really like the first one. I like the second one, but please try to add a MMA fighter or something to it.

Those are nice, simple designs. Can you spice them up with a MMA fighter? Keep these as originals though, but try some new ones with a Mascott type fighter or something simple.

Hmm, I didn't quite getcha...

I'll add a karate guy in a kind of watermark sort of thing; change the font to look broken up; and maybe add a cool text effect and see wat you think tommorow morning.

Along with the psd file I will include the custom pattern used on the text and the eps / vector file of the silhouette of Tito Ortiz, if I win. Also, everything is resizable to your liking, since the silhouette is vector, circles are vector, and the rest is fonts / patterns. You could make a t-shirt!
