Hello to all

My name is chris and I have been a member here for a while. I have always wanted a banner made to promote my site.

Let me tell you about my site so you get the idea of what I need.

My site is about Bankruptcy and Credit. Right now i want to work on my forums. So I am looking for some banner ads to get people to join.

But my site is far more than a money maker, (someday i wish) It is a family ran business that I started. I have done everything I can to make it nice. I want to stand out, but not look cheap.

My site means a lot to me. It stands for dedication, family goals, and courage to do something new.

So I don't want some thrown together idea. I want something that looks nice, gets the point across and is inviting.

Also my site will make some sort of money someday. But, and this is a BIG BUT!!

My sites purpose it to help poeple who have fallen into tough times financially. Many of the people come to my site becaus ethey are looking for advice that could change their lives for the better.

We took our donations this month and gave them to charity and we pride ourselves in having contests to reward our members.

So again, my site is my baby. We care alot about our members and want them to come back.

So down to business.

I am not sure what gets the best response, but maybe someone knows a good idea

I am looking for banner ads:

468 x 60 banner

This will be my main ad

Also this is where I need a good idea for what to go with.

Have banner affiliates that have like a picture of a guy in a chair, and then on the far left it has flash where text appears, disappears and new text comes up. Each time the text says something different.

I kind of like that.

I want to be able to change the text if I need to. I run new member contests like I have going on right now where I give away 2 $50 dollar prizes.

So I may want to add that is somehow later on.

But you all are the pros, not me.

Mainly i don't want all flash. Nice pictures, like maybe someone at a computer or desk, looking like they are online and thats where the text may come in like,

Something like that. I like statements that sum it up. Like they are not guessing what they will find when they click to come to my site.

So you have some ideas.

Also I will need later a banner like the one for my forum that promotes my main site.

So the winner may have another job if they want it on the side

Also I need like a forum banner made.

Like the little ones that usually scroll in someones scroll box of partners.

Something like a

88x31 Micro Bar

If that is like a standard link button.

If it can fit a graphic, maybe a gavel or something financial or maybe nothing and let it all have flash, and let it say the sites name

=] Banners are either 100% Flash or they're none at all. Are you capable of editing Flash files so that you can change the text later when you need to? Or are you not referring to editing the text yourself?

Well I have swish max now, but I am getting Studio 8 which I think it has the flash pro to edit.

So even a regular abnner with no flash may work.

Hey,

this is my first entry into something like this.

I have a couple other ideas as well.

I'm shooting to keep the same look and feel as the site. Keeping it that way helps get your brand recognition stronger.

I'll post other ideas here when I can get them done.

Well flash, I am not sure of an end date. I like only oneentry so far. But I like your micro banner if you want to sell it
