Graphic Design Contests

Hi,
I already have a strucure of future template in JPEG. I need ONLY design of template, BASED on this structure.

PRICE: 10$

Here is some facts about the template:
1. The theme: this template is about a hobby: aquariums and fishes.
2. Width: 760px.
3. Colours in the attached file are NOT, what I need. I need some aqua colors maybe.
4. You may use some fotos of aquariums and fishes for design. And it will be great.
5. In attached file there some sizes of blocks, that are required.
6. You see a RED COLUMN - this is for animated bubbles. Not a lot of them. They must slowly raise up... like bubbles in aquariums. This column seperates a MENU from MAIN window.
7. I DON'T NEED a LOGO!!! A place for it only must be.
8. Menu must be NOT graphic, only text.
9. I want light design. (not complex), but nice.

So, that's ALL. I repeat: ONLY graphics, I don't need code.
I will write when will be the end of contest. So I wait for your entries!!!

Not a complex design I need. I agree, prize is low, but it's my first work. And now I have only 10$ cash.
And most of work is done: structure of site I mean. I need some nice and light design.

But thats kinda mean and then klim will be wondering hey why isn't anyone entering!? so i think you should say at least why you might not get any or many participants. any ways good luck with the competion klim

1) Does it have to be coded?

2) I am a logo designer; so do you mind if I take a swing at a logo for ya?

1. No, no code! Only design.
2. I don't need a logo.
3. Payment in E-GOLD. (My country is not in Paypal countries unfortunetly.)

And I have a question: I hope you will do the animated bubbles, or not?
(Because you don't need to write code or design logo.)

KLIM I'll seriously work on it for about 30 mins, it won't be that bad, and I'll submit it as soon as possible, its more as a favor than for the $10, so I hope you don't screw up.
