Greetings contestants,
This has been an awesome contest. While I might have wished for more entries initially, you all proved that it wasn't necessary with the variety of styles and your hard work to make them the best.
I asked members of various dog communities I belong to give me input on the designs as well. After all, they are my customers. The decision was nearly unanimous.
Critizen, your clean forward thinking layout and contemporary colors are the winner. 
To the other contestants I want to say thank you. Your templates are excellent and you should have no problems selling them or using them in other contests.
