Just as a comment, don't use more than 2 fonts. It really makes the design look crappy.

I'm liking what ghiavolu made.

Finally here's my entry...dumb size issues and upload issues so took a bit.

Also both entries are same except one has just 1 long line for the "Given by" space, the other has 2 lines for the "Given by" space.

Feedback is appreciated, if anything should be changed just post it.

Also I made the computer pic not take up entire bix but almost, if it should take up whole box just tell me and i'll change it I didn't know which looked better.
