I need a full layout in two styles, a homepage layout that should be more artistic and a sub-page layout that will store much of the content. I would also like a logo to be included with the design.
Desired size (i.e., height, width, file size)
I'm pretty open as far as fluid or static, just stick to web-standards for size guidelines. You should keep in mind that this design will have to fit within PhotoStore's template system.
Prize
$250 for the design with logo, $200 without logo and an additional $125 to anyone who can integrate it with PhotoStore.

Actually, the opposite. I would like the home page to feel less busy, more artistic, than the sub-pages. Take a look at the screenshots on this page, http://ktools.net/photostore/index.php, for an example of how the default homepage and sub-pages are laid out. What I really want more than anything is to ensure that the homepage follows as little of the standard layout as possible while still providing the same information in the default layout. The sub-page's I am fully resigned to the fact that they may not include as much uniqueness.
As a note as well, I am attaching some files in my original post to help make this task easier. Please see above for more details.

On a serious note I do like the concept however, it would have to be left aligned in order to look right; I would rather keep things in the center of the page. Also, the camera is a bit bold and big so it kind of takes away from the white space on the page.

nabz, that is top notch. I really like it; excellent use of white space. That logo is perfect as well.
Suggestions:
Get rid of the box up top that has the phone number in it. Stretch the links box across the page as I will be adding several more in-site links than just those and will need the space. I would also like to see a little brighter green and some orange elements added.
Also, I am updating this to add to the prize money for integration. I just realized how much work will be involved in doing this as PhotoStore does not have a proper template system. Look at my original post for details.
