Yes it IS a rule that entries MUST be posted on the board and not sent through a PM.
If anyone knows someone is PMing their entries and not posting them in the forum, please let me or Republikin know. It isnt fair to the other contestants who do follow the rules.
Anyway, thanks for holding this contest and completing it SirP!
