So far you are winning. What i think im going to need is the banner cut into three separate pictures. The left side is the logo, like you currently have with the background fading from white to your light blue solid color at the very right of the 1st picture.
The second picture is the middle picture and I will need that to be a solid color. Which would be the light blue in your banner. This middle picture will be the one that will grow with the computers resolution.
The third picture will be the fish off to the right. The background goes from the same solid middle color and fades to the white.
I need the far left photos background to fade from the white and end when it hits the solid color. I will need the same from the photo on the right but it will start with that solid color and fade to white.
