Background:

MiCASAAA is a property rental company.
Our target market is 20 to 30 year olds so.
The logo should be youthful, fun and colourful

MiCASAAA comes from the spanish saying "Mi Casa Su Casa" roughly translated as "my house is your house".
The triple AAA at the end is both a function of the dot com domain we could get, and also that we want the As to each look like a house in some way.
We offer a very flexible rental scheme whereby people can move between our houses very easily. As such we would like the As in the logo (which are different colours) to be interchangeable with each other.
---For example - the orange A might be first in one logo but third in another version. We will use this as a rotating images.
---initial design can just be one version but the winner may be asked to create other version for an additional fee.

We would like the logo to...
... have a slight spanish feel
... be colourful representing the diversity of houses we have available (possible just each A (or house) is a different colour. Colours I have a preference for include Orange, Green, Purple, Gold
... be fun looking
… in both Vector and JPG format.

***COMMENT: Thanks to everyone so far. There are some good ideas there. The most important criteria we are looking at is the 'AAA' which needs to look like houses. If those look great - everything else will follow. So do a good AAAs that look like a simple houses and you are likely to win. Thanks.

here are my entries,
as you can see there are 3 variations
in the top one i brushed the AAA's on giving that "raw spanish look"
the middle one is the most "formal" one out of the 3 i guess, i tried to make it look smart keeping in mind your concept
the last one i tried to compose a fun theme, with the little houses and clouds etc

Hi All . I like the sunshine effect. I also like the swoosh that barzoid did with the "property rentals' text. I still feel the As need to in some way look more like some form of house. Most of the designers have done Teepee looking houses but maybe you could play with that to do someting different. ideally a similar colourful look like the sunshine you created would be good. Ideally we want people to look at the logo and feel welcome. The sunshine does that to a degree, you just need to carry that through to the AAA's a little more. All the best. Roy

Tried to make the "A"s look more like houses and to help make it more readable, made the middle A in micasaaa look like the house roofs.
